Victoria is the Director of Business Development at Michel, Gray, Rogers LLP. With a rich background spanning over a decade in business development within the construction industry, Victoria brings experience, expertise and energy to everything she does.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Victoria is an ardent advocate for community engagement. She serves as the Vice President of the Texas Northeast China Association and is a founding member of the Texas Chapter of the Chinese Association of Construction Professionals. And she is well known throughout the community as an active member of the Asian Chamber of Commerce.

A graduate of the Dailan University Conservatory of Music, she majored in Piano Performance and Music Education. Dynamic at work, Victoria is equally devoted to her family–her baby girl is the center of attention, not only for Victoria and her husband, but also wherever little Evelyn goes. Victoria is fluent in both Mandarin and English, although like most people, she still finds Texan a bit of a challenge!
